To the point where we wear a mask to fit in.
Pushing the true self further into the depths.
Most of the time unknowingly.
It is important to take the time to self-reflect.
Time away from the noise of the world.
Time with yourself to understand who you truly are.
To be pure, genuine and free.
To have the courage to be real.
To be yourself.
