Almost always, your road to success goes through a place called failure.

"Almost always, your road to success goes through a place called failure." - Bill Walsh

Failure.

A word which is feared.

Something which is treated like a taboo.

Something to be avoided like he plague.

But this is the attitude which keeps us stagnant.

Keeps us in the same place.

Prevents us from learning.

From growing.

From developing.

From living.

Whether we strive toward our goals and dreams.

Or we confide in safety and comfort.

How we react to failure defines our character.

Almost every human who has reached the pinnacles of greatness has failed along the way.

Michael Jordan, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Steve Jobs...the list goes on.

Face your challenges, fail, learn, repeat.

Success awaits.

In my latest contributor post, success coach, Richmond Dinh shares his inspirational story and delivers a powerful message on how to bounce back from failure, using it as a springboard towards your goals and dreams.

Strive to live, live to strive.
