Life goes on.
Despite the ups.
Despite the downs.
Despite everything in between.
Life will go on, regardless of how we react.
Regardless of how much we complain.
Regardless of how much we resist.
Life does not stop for us.
It does not stop for anyone.
Opportunities do not wait around until we're ready.
Certain lessons will not always be available to teach us.
We cannot press the pause button on the time that we have.
Whether it seems fair or not.
Whether we feel like it is good or bad.
Whether we like it or not.
Life goes on.
So why make ourselves miserable?
Why wallow in our sorrows?
Why bitch, moan, and complain?
You'll have to deal with it eventually.
Why not learn from the experience?
Why not see the opportunity for growth?
Why not feel emotion, and use it to press forward?
Why not dust yourself off, and continue walking?
Everyone will experience adversity in their lives.
It's up to us to choose how we want to respond.
These are the actions which define who we truly are.
