Flow is being completely involved in an activity for its own sake.

"Flow is being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz." - Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Have you ever had those moments where you're super-focused?

When you're in the zone?

When you are so immersed in a task or activity that everything else around you seems to just fall away?

This has been called a state of flow.

It isn't something that can be learnt or trained.

It's not about dedication.

It's not about pure determination and grit.

Don't get me wrong, these traits are extremely important.

But they are not necessarily what gets you to a state of flow.

Flow is driven by something deeper.

An innate desire which is deep within you.

A higher purpose that you're drawn towards.

Flow is the expression of this higher purpose into physical form.

It is why you are who you are.

Connect with your inner self to find your higher purpose.

Identify your higher purpose to operate in flow.

In my latest blog post, "Connecting with Source - My Journey to Flow", I detail my six week journey in a Flow Pod facilitated by the team at Flow Tribe, where I seek a state of flow with a group of fellow journeyers. Please read on for the full account of this beautiful experience.

Strive to live, live to strive.
