With pure intentions at all times.

Do good and we will be treated as such.
Sure, you can still be 'successful' if you act with bad intentions.
If you manipulate and take advantage of people.
If you seek to gain through the expense of others.
But as a human being, you will never do well.
You will never be at peace.
The universe will always have its say.
If you do good, you may be rewarded financially.
You may not.
But you will always be blessed with inner peace.
The true goal in life.
