In short, change the way you eat and you can transform your health for the better.

"In short, change the way you eat and you can transform your health for the better." - T. Colin Cambell

Nutrition can be a confusing topic.

Especially given the amount of information out there.

Some more reputable than others.

Coupled with the fact that we each have our own unique health goals.

It's difficult to know what to believe.

What will work best for us.

What is simply clever marketing.

What we do know is that there is no one single solution which fits every single person.

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet plan.

But what we do know is that universally, everyone wants to be in good health.

And we also know that eating seasonal, whole foods largely supports, sustains, and promotes good health.

This has been proven time and again.

Through scientific research.

And in practice throughout the millennia.

With roots from our hunter-gatherer ancestors showing us the way.

All the way to now, in modernity.

There is a strong correlation between the introduction of processed foods and the rapid rise of diseases of affluence.

Diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and many more.

Simply put, if you eat poorly, expect your health to be a direct reflection of your eating habits.

If you want to live in good health, eat accordingly.

It is always your choice when it comes to what you put into your mouth.

In my latest Book Review #10, I review T. Colin Campbell's follow-up to 'The China Study', 'Whole', as well as two other great titles. Please read on to see all three review in full.

Strive to live, live to strive.
