Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." - Neale Donald Walsch

Discomfort is unpleasant.

It is confronting.

It manifests nervousness.

Anxiety.

Fear.

Discomfort manifests these things in your mind - if you allow it to.

Discomfort also leads to growth.

To learning.

To development.

To breaking barriers.

To overcoming fears.

Pressure builds diamonds.

Comfort feels great.

It feels safe.

Like a warm blanket and a cup of hot chocolate on a cold winters night.

Comfort is also stagnation.

Choosing comfort is being content with not moving forward.

Not growing.

Not improving.

Content with the current state.

Acclimatise yourself with discomfort.

Embrace it.

Turn discomfort into comfort.

Continually challenge yourself.

Live purposefully.

If this resonates with you, see more about the fear of discomfort in the latest from the Success Series, Blog Post #4!

Strive to live, live to strive.
