"Meditation is not a withdrawal from life. Meditation is a process of understanding oneself." - Jiddu Krishnamurti
Meditation is about quieting the mind.
About pushing through the surface layer of noise.
The meaningless mental traffic constantly flowing through your mind.
Disassociation from the seemingly priceless value of the highly sought after material world.
Creating your own environment of inner peace.
Finding your true identity, your inner self.
This doesn't mean that the life, as we all familiar, is meaningless.
That we must retreat up a mountain and reside in a cave for the remainder of our lives.
On the contrary, it's about improving the quality of one's life.
Finding peace within your self.
Finding your true direction.
Having the clarity to navigate through life and understand what is important to you, and what is not.
It is about setting yourself free.

Strive to live, live to strive.
