"Nature doesn't hurry, yet everything is accomplished." - Lao Tzu
Deadlines.
Schedules.
Project plans.
Appointments.
Quick-fixes.
Magic pills.
We live in a complex society.
A demanding society.
An impatient society.
We're blessed with so many life-enhancing gifts, but we take them for granted.
We see these as rites, not privileges.
We demand more and more.
In less and less time.
We, the human race, move at an increasingly-fast velocity.
Nature, the world around us, our evolution, moves at the pace it requires.
It also moves in the direction of it's own prosperity.
If you're purposeful.
If you've the right intention.
If you're truly doing the right thing.
The right thing in accordance to nature and humanity.
Nature has a way of working things out in its own time.
Simply act with integrity.
Be true.
Work hard.
Have faith.
In my latest book review #6, I review a version of the ancient classic "Tao Te Ching" by Lao Tzu. This ancient writing needs no introduction as its teachings are timeless and profound. Please see my review of this great piece as well as two other great titles.
Strive to live, live to strive.
