Surrender.

Posted by Leslie Lau on

So often, we are very-much caught up in the notion of 'doing'.

Constantly on the move.

Needing to do more to move forward.

Playing the game of abundance.

The global competition of one-upmanship.

We are so absorbed into this race to superiority that we lose sight of living.

We forget why we're doing what we're doing.

Or, we don't even gives ourselves the opportunity to stop and reflect upon why.

We think that slowing down means that others will catch up.

We think that taking a break means we forgo the position which we're currently sitting.

We think that stopping means giving up and pulling out of the race.

But sometimes, we need take a step back to realise what it is really all about for you.

To be able to hear the voice of your heart.

To be guided from within, rather than from without.

To live in concert with the frequency of the universe.

To be in harmony rather than perpetual resistance.

To surrender to the flow of life.

It may or may not align with the goals of the game.

But really, that isn't what truly matters.

Or is it?

The beauty of life is that we have the choice.

We owe it to ourselves to explore all available options.

Strive to live, live to strive.
