The body benefits through movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.

"The body benefits through movement, and the mind benefits from stillness." - Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche

Our bodies were designed to move.

To walk, run, jump, skip, flip, push and pull.

Movement is essential to regulate the body.

It is important in this day and age of sedentary lifestyle.

To prevent your body from forming bad habits.

To keep your body stimulated and active.

To slow the effects of ageing.

The physical deterioration over time.

The same can be said for the mind when it comes to clarity.

A mind that isn't constantly worrying about the outside world.

A mind that is still and not corrupted.

A mind which is still, centred, and aware.

An undisturbed mind gives the opportunity to connect deeper with the inner self.

To move closer towards inner peace.

The more your mind is at peace, the more powerful it becomes.

Stay active, physically and mentally.

Strive to live, live to strive.
