"The last of the great human freedoms is the ability to choose one's attitude in any circumstance." - Viktor Frankl

In any situation in life.

Whether you're having a tough day at work.

Feel like things aren't going your way.

You get cut-off in traffic.

You're under financial stress.

You've got relationship issues.

Whatever the situation, there is always one thing we have control over.

We get to choose our attitude towards the situation.

How we respond.

How we let it affect us and, subsequently, other aspects of our lives.

We can kick and scream.

We can get mad.

We can huff and puff.

We can allow it to take over our mind.

To make us unwell, affect our mind, body, and spirit.

Or we can choose to find a way.

To take the experience for what it is.

Understand what action, if any, is best-suited for the situation.

And move on with life.

Viktor Frankl spent 3 years in Nazi concentration camps during the holocaust.

The man wrote this through enduring hell on earth.

What do we really have to complain about?

In my latest Book Review #10, I review Frankl's multi-million copy seller, 'Man's Search for Meaning', as well as two other great titles. Please read on the see all three book reviews.

Strive to live, live to strive.
