"The linchpin feels the fear, acknowledges it, then proceeds" - Seth Godin

The linchpin secures the wheel on the cart axle.

In the context of business, they are the individuals who hold the company together.

Without them, the operation would collapse.

What makes someone a linchpin?

The ability to face any challenge to achieve a desired outcome.

No matter how difficult.

No matter how time-consuming.

No matter the discomfort associated.

Regardless of the obstacles.

Regardless of the complexity.

No matter what.

If this is the most optimal approach toward the desired outcome - let's get it.

Execution is the focus.

Not the perceived hardship of getting there.

This is simply part of the process.

Understand this and you will grow.

Face your fears. Grow. Achieve greatness.

If this resonates with you, see my latest book review for my review of Seth Godin's book, Linchpin, as well as a couple of other great titles!

Strive to live, live to strive.
