If you live in your memories, you live in the past.
If you live in anticipation, you live in the future.
You are unable to be fully be conscious if you are not living in the present moment.
You are unable to be fully aware of your inner self.
You are unable to feel your true desires, your deepest yearnings in this life.
You are not truly able to live.
If you strive to truly live your life as your inner self craves.
Connect with yourself.
Connect with the present.
Connect with the now.
Everything else is either a fleeting memory or a dream.
Strive to live, live to strive.
