Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness.

"Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness." - Edward Stanley

Sure, leading a healthy lifestyle does take time and commitment.

It takes dedication and can be expensive.

It's hard to prioritise when we are so used to living such a fast-paced life.

It's much easier to grab a snack or meal on-the-go.

To go for the cheap and easy fast food options or pre-packaged and prepared microwave dinners.

But what price can you really put on your health, wellbeing and longevity?

Is your life so busy and hectic that you cannot make time to take care of your own body?

Is your work so important that you would drive yourself into illness as a result?

You work hard to give yourself the best opportunities to enjoy life.

But you cannot enjoy life if you are ill.

If you are physically or mental unable to do so.

If most of your time, money and energy is focused on getting well.

Live a lifestyle of health and wellbeing now, so you can do the same in the future.

Strive to live, live to strive.
