“What we put in our bodies and when we do it will determine the quality of our lives” – Joseph McClendon III
Analogous to a high performance sports car, you cannot expect it to perform as such if you use a low-quality fuel.
If you fuel your body with food of a low-quality and lacking nutritional value, your body will perform accordingly.
It's that simple.
To take this analogy further, this applies in the long-term.
Consistently putting poor quality fuel in your car will slowly wear down the internal components over time.
High quality fuel not only makes the car perform better, it protects your car and slows the degradation process.
Maintaining a lifestyle of healthy, conscious eating, coupled with exercise helps your body to regulate and heal as well as slowing the ageing process.
A body capable of performing at its best ultimately determines the quality of the life you lead.
We choose what we put into our bodies.
Choose wisely.
