"When mind is still, then the truth gets her chance to be heard in the purity of the silence." - Sri Aurobindo
We need to get up early to prepare for the day ahead.
We need to drop the kids off to school.
We need to get to work on time.
We have to attend the meetings and adhere to the deadlines.
We need to fit in lunch to keep us going.
We need to pay the bills.
We need to worry about our financial future.
And every single little thing we need to worry about in between.
Life in the modern world is fast-paced.
We live an extremely busy existence.
Our minds are constantly flooded with thoughts, worries, and concerns.
The truth is drowned-out by the noise of busyness.
It's no wonder we lose sight of reality.
Of the true nature of our existence.
It's as simple as giving yourself some space.
Finding quiet.
Sitting in stillness.
Allowing the noise to fade and dissipate.
Embracing silence.
But we're so busy.
Who has the time, right?
If the truth is important to you, you'll make the time.
Strive to live, live to strive.
