"You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet." - Mark Hyman
Health isn't about lifting weights and going for a jog to balance out poor diet choices.
1x push-up does not cancel out 1x Chicken McNugget.
It just doesn't work that way.
Yes, exercise is absolutely a vital part to a state of good health.
Exercise is very important to your wellbeing.
It is definitely something we should be doing regularly and often.
But exercise is only part of the equation.
If you have poor eating habits, then you cannot expect to address this through exercise alone.
Good health is about balance.
It is about introducing good habits in all aspects of your life.
Physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially.
All these factors attribute to our overall wellbeing.
We cannot focus on one and neglect another.
It is about balance and consistency.
It is a lifestyle.
Strive to live, live to strive.
